Don't feel bad barbs people were buying at 450.  Buy orders are rushing in so it'll bounce back, this market is very exciting.

7am in Beijing. What time do they usually go crazy doing their thing?

Right after coffee then they half a light discussion and laughs on how their next pump will give those puny Americans hope before they dump and take it all back.

Way to fuck up the markets by force dumping the western exchanges to $70 off from china. The gap was $15 before the vicious dumping forced the western exchanges down. And thanks for the $120 loss off the high point in the last half a day. A retracement into the mid 400's was expected but this is a fucking nightmare scenario seeing it where it is now after the last 2 months of solid gain and last couple days of fantastic gain. Fuck you whoever brutally and without pause for hours slammed the markets into oblivion today. You assholes didn't have to do that. China would have happily stayed above 500 and held the markets up if not for the insane shitstorm that was brought upon on stamp and finex. It's not lack of buying pressure when you intentionally crush the market with 1000s of coins in a minute every ten minutes for hours on end. WTF  Angry  Angry  Angry

Don't worry it will bounce, you just have to wait for it!  Bitcoin is on some serious crack today but we shall get HiGHHH AF

Lol, yep, sounds like bitcoin.

If I may summon my inner Shromskits for a moment: That was fucked! Shocked

*Needs more impotent rage.

You people just couldn't stand to have your coins worth anything, just dump and dump and kill the market for everyone and this time it will be for ever!!!

*Closer?

How long is forever in btc time? 30 mins?

I like where the markets are going for now, slow growth.  We all knew the crazy growth and bubble had to deflate ..it was only a matter of time.  But a steady 380 and likely some highs tomorrow morning could make for a good trade  Were sitting in a good position for the time being about 100 above what it was 2 weeks ago is something to be happy about.  Im pretty new to btc but monitoring the market is teaching me a lot.

Only testing those 360 waters, but I see this as a opportunity to pick up some coin.  Since this correction from the 500 bubble we have not seen btc trading at this level for very long has been rebounding to 580 and above.

Do you think there's an imminent dump also considering the auctioned coins?

That's what I'm wondering, if these are auction coin entering the market that not really a bad thing being we are getting our btc back from the government.

The whales have spoken and dumped their coins, but what is their next move.  Up or down, it'll go up eventually there is just too much talk about btc to dedepress it like this for long.  Either way it makes me feel like a peon in this game, were nothing but hoping our overlords will allow us to have nice prices.  Why oh why did they become angry at us!

Didn't even touch $400 this round and sells are coming in, maybe another boost or 2 are still there.  Buying in now would take some hard speculation and probably end up shorting.  I learned my lesson last round and ended up shorting, bought back in at 317 and sold to make me about even now.  I know theres guys out there who never learn how to trade in this market

None of it makes any sense. The lines giveth and the lines taketh away.
But mostly, it taketh away.
I wouldn't say so. This whole rally began, because the downwardly lines were broken and the traders have been chasing their upwardly lines since. Until now, at least...
No. 'This whole rally' began because a bunch of Chinese gamblers/exchange owners got together to fleece some starry-eyed idiots. Idiots who wanted to make money in their pajamas and stick it to daddy The Man at the same time. With no education. With zero understanding of economics. Vulnerable, susceptible idiots just asking to get raped. Repeatedly.

And I don't know what to say... If one doesn't want to kill oneself, one shouldn't invest in bitcoins, I guess.

I guess. Or 'invest' in equally-promising MMM Global. Whichever.

I take offense to your hatred towards the pajama traders!  Mainly cause I am in my pajamas  Cheesy

Of course BTC goes up $13.00 now after I sell some coin for the electric bill 1 hour ago! Its a budget thing lol, couldn't wait any longer Tongue

But still happy to see the rise  Smiley

Same thing happened here but i was trying to hedge my earning on that rise.

Made my place so I get to sit on the sidelines for a bit.

Trump is everywhere bro. Did you not see how the stock market was affected when he won the election? Smiley

The Chinese are more concerned with their friends over at the PBoC uncovering all these laws they have been freely breaking.

These 2 dumps show the lack of confidence, meanwhile bulls are scrambling to the market to prop up the price.

Finally a buying opportunity, and string support at the bottom end of 900.

Also If you look at the Fibonacci retracement line, the price falls right into those support levels.

And the price keeps creeping upward. $2300 before morning (EDT)?

Last week is beginning to look like an aberration. The almost 2-year-old uptrend seems to still be in order.

It's funny how a little panic-inspired dip of less than a week's duration had so many people talking about bursting bubbles, bear markets, and the death of Bitcoin.

It seems a certain honey badger had different ideas.

Sup? Wink

BTC barely mooned in this uptrend ($3K? pshh), lets at least get our moonshot before a bear market. That's gonna require some nice long weekly greens.

This bounce was strong, bears are gonna be fierce at the $2300 zone, but they getting nervous, segwit is just around the corner

Don't worry the fun as only just begun.

There will be lots of trading opportunity the coming weeks.

Nice history ... in 2 months.

This sums up the whole story. Grin

So, when will we see the $3000? I do not want to be the one that takes people joy, but whenever it's close to $3000 the price drops a lot, is it finally that I'll see  $3000 this time?

Looking at the past run-up, fud eased after bip 91 got locked in and confidence returned.

Tomorrow will mark another completed stage in the upgrade where non-segwit running blocks will be rejected.  Good probability of even stronger confidence as segwit becomes a guarantee and buying flows into the market.  We could see an ATH at that time although it could be short lived considering segwit will still take some time until activation and there is a possibility of a bug or the fud machine to shit out negative news to give traders another opportunity to vacuum up weak handed coins.

i'm pushing for a simple malleability fix. confident they will do it, eventually,  but many devs dont see it as a priority for the short term.

altho the classic team will provide an opt-in malleability fix for BCC to boot.

I need *instant* tx's, schnorr signatures and malleability fix in less than three months. Otherwise I will just fork Bitcoin Cash Plus from Bitcoin Cash. With SEGWIT + LN support. (It will be easy, just a clone of Bitcoin code with the Cash tag in the name). You have all been warned!

more free money!!?!?!

you guys are to kind

Wut? No free cash, Bitcoin Cash Plus will be the REAL Bitcoin Cash! *

* As satoshi intended. Haven't you read the whitepaper? blah blah?
Nah, that´s a shitcoin. The truly gem is Bitcoin Cash Plus Classic

Those all shit coin.

Bitcoin Super cash Plus will rule all.
