11500 on GDAX not too bad, hope the bottom is in.
so what kind of complete idiots are selling now

where is the massive buying such nice chance for new people
People always say they will buy if price drops but vast majority are too scared to buy when it does or think it will keep going lower.
11500 on GDAX not too bad, hope the bottom is in.
Its not. We have at least one more large dump. Might be as much as a few days from now though.
How do you know that?

Based on a bunch of technical indicators and 5 years of experience tracking bitcoin bull trends and corrections.
Interesting that you state it like its a fact. You must have mucho lambos and private islands never getting it wrong and 5 years in this market.
i sold my house and went all-in and panic bought TRX at $0.24
now i lost almost everything
i dont know what to do now, my wife will probably kill me
you guys think it is the best to just sit it out?
Probably trolling but if not you need Gamblers Anonymous
So the ponzi scam BitConnect is finally dead? First casualty of the shitcoin saga?
Looks like it. Amazingly someone is buying now and price bounced a bit. Still down 86% on the day.
If I'm understanding correctly bitconnect customers were able to cash out the value of their accounts into bitconnect tokens at a price of $363. Currently the price is about $35

Always interesting to see the assumptions and biases of the noobs.
Helps to have lambos and private islands beforehand... Definitely curbs the FOMO, ya know?
Whos supposedly the noob? Me or the guy who states a trading opinion as fact?
A good trader will be right maybe 51-55% of the time, anything above that insane. But we should all believe this guy who is positive that bitcoin hasn't bottomed. Because of his extensive 5 year experience, even though any experienced trader worth a shit wouldn't state a trading opinion like its inevitable.

They were told they would be able to do that. I don’t know if they actually can cash out.
I think they can. But what they are getting is bcc tokens. So for example if their account had a 100k usd value they will get 100,000/363= roughly 275 tokens. Now worth 275 tokens X 35= 9625 USD
The people who cashed out earlier today salvaged things a little better as price was still over a 100
I think the winners will be the ones that owed BTC, and the losers are the ones still owed
Who knows how much BTC was involved, wow what a mess. Its occurrences like this that tarnish the crypto industry and give regulators ammo, to some degree anyways.
I think everyone involved in bitconnect lended to the platform itself which guaranteed huge returns (which is what made it a Ponzi). They sold the story as having an amazing trading bot that generated huge profits which is why they could guarantee such large returns.....LOL
Whoever created Bitconnect clearly was going to run off as soon as outgoing money surpassed incoming money which it makes perfect sense that would be about now.
Ok so I made a blockchain wallet a long time ago and have the private key. This was before the wallet supported Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash.
Will that old private key still work if I'm holding Ethereum in the wallet? I see the wallet now says "export private key" on the ethereum tab. So i was thinking it may not.
Appreciate it if anyone helps me out with this.

I don’t understand the question. You have the private key for the Bitcoin address? If so, that’s not going to help you with the Ethereum address. Unless you mean seed and not private key.
What are you trying to achieve?
Ok so i have a blockchain wallet. Blockchain supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Ethereum. I generated a key for the wallet. (not sure if its a seed or private key, its 12 words i think) Do i need seperate keys/seeds for all 3 or just 1 for the entire wallet?
Hopefully 8400 is bottom. Probably just wishful thinking but it would be nice. This dip is getting painful!
