Doesn't really mean much. It's just an indicator and it would be bullish for it to cross. Of course this doesn't guarantee that we will go up.

But I guess you could say it means that the larger downtrend is losing steam.

Thanks podyx. Sorry for asking more clarification but cross what exactly? The downtrend line?
