Price flat and no reason to break out. Then suddenly BTC-E (which is usually below any other market) starts going nuts and starts paying a 5% premium over other exchanges (so they timidly start to follow, very confused)

Look closely at btc-e order's execution - its a bot trading with himself/other bot, soon people will realise that is just an another silly bulltrap based on another manipulation/idiocy.
