I hardly see anyone cheering anymore every time we go down. What's the problem? Are all these cheap coins not so much fun anymore?

because there is no such thing called "cheap coins", coins will be cheaper and cheaper therefore less and less people want it

those who yelling for "cheap coins" are permabulls or scammers, that's why only few trolls are cheering about it

+1

The permabulls you're talking about are just miners dumping their coins like no tomorrow & they're trying to get suckers to buy them for as expensive as possible!

The Huobi bid walls are real, btw.  A portion was eaten.  But the rest remain.

Only because China just woke up! What will you say about buy walls when the price is lower tomorrow?

Adam at what price do you recommend loading up the truck with silver. I remember you mentioning 14-15 a while ago. Sorry to digress.

13.75

that is the magic number for silver

might dive lower then this tho for 1 or 2 days on a bad week for silver

if you watch it closely you can probably get 12$ silver, is my guess.

its not like silver is the investment of a life time tho ( its not even an investment really, its buying this THING that you hope will hold value as fiat inflates, aka store of value )

pretty sure you'll be fine with or without a silver coin collection...

thats the way i see it, so i'm only a buyer if i think the price feels really low.

$250 in the cards here ? lol  Cool

How about double digits before the years even over!

I think the initial buyers were retards. If you are buying 1 btc, and there is a 25k wall, you should wait until its almost gone.

Also, I find the amount of people reciting ,"WALL WAS PULLED" "IT WAS FAKE" "ANOTHER 30K WALL INCOMING" "WALL GUY FELL ASLEEP AND GOT F'CKED" very irritating, since none of that is true.

The wall was pulled... Watch early morning (China time) the wall will reappear! Nothing new!!!

Someone removed for 3k asks on finex? There was more than 8k to 400$ and now is 5k.

Yes, somebody is playing with the bitfinex books in the last hours... it looks like a single entity control pretty much half the bids/asks between 350 and 400.

There was a huge wall ( ~2k ) at roughly 392, which is gone now.

I figured it was a scare-wall. Maybe it was real and the guy got impatient and sold into the market?

Actually you can now tell that BTC2.5K wall is now slowly being dumped @ market price! We are already approx. 400+ coins into the dump.. Tomorrow looks like we could be double a couple percent easily!!

the bitcoin network currently costs ~3600 BTC/day = ~1.2 million USD/day, or over 10 USD/transaction.
Source?

Miners get paid 25 BTC per block mined.

At 1 block every 10 minutes, that is 144 blocks/day, hence 3600 BTC/day.

At 350 USD/BTC, that is 1.26 million dollars per day.

Last time I looked there were about 100'000 transactions per day.  Hence 12.6 dollars per transaction.

Transactions seem free now because the network is paid with newly issued coins (there is an ugly word for that, but let's not rub that in).

Who pays that cost are the people who buy those 3600 new coins per day; whether small investors at the exchanges, or bigger investors over-the counter or by contracts with miners.  Those people give 1.26 million dollars per day, that they earned elsewhere, to the miners of the world; that goes into equipment, buildings, personel, electricity bills, and miners' profits.

Oh great even more money floating over to China!

It looks like bitmains antpool is exploding with new mining farms based on their new antminer s5. I guess we will get a difficulty increase after all.

When?! Looks like we keep going down down down... hopefully the price doesn't!!!
