Only if you're Robocop!

Would it make sense that knowing the total amount of daily transaction on the network keeps growing for the past 5 months https://blockchain.info/charts/n-transactions , that the BTC price would follow?

Why?  It's been doing pretty much the opposite.

Only makes sense to me that since more people uses Bitcoins that the price has more potential to grow.

When the pump is over
Turn out the lights
Cry

Pretend, for a moment, that you are heavily invested in bitcoin. Give me an example of a post you would make.

gud bie, crool wurld Cry

*Did I do good?

Hmm, I don't feel like you're really LIVING the situation. Get into it. Pretend that your logic led you to hold all the way to this point, it wasn't something random and/or you didn't wake up from a coma. So are you justifying your decision? Are you living in denial? You've got to dig deeper!

I would say diversify your assets, never keep all of your eggs in the same basket. Have an exit strategy. Believe in cold wallets.

Bitfinex

Explanation

Meanwhile, some serious bid walls have been built. Wonder if they all disappear if stamp doesn't go online in the next 4 hours or so...

Even with a large team of experienced developers, It's a lot of work to rebuild an entire financial system in under a week. But hey, they are the ones who gave their own ETA! This is going to be an interesting day. Coffee machines must be cranking hard at Bitstamp's office.

Meanwhile in Bitcoin Land, the stolen BTC from the Bitstamp hack have been sold. https://blockchain.info/address/1L2JsXHPMYuAa9ugvHGLwkdstCPUDemNCf

Just because they have moved does not mean they have been sold
Maybe all of the exchanges would keep following the coins until it ends up on their site, and then maybe able to give more information about the person selling those.

If I were a bitcoin-accepting site owner I would flag the stole coin addresses to auto block deposits coming from the hack address.

Good chance to get free coins and maybe some publicity

Very clever.

Does anyone expect price to rise soon? I told my church that bitcoin was misunderstood by the media and that it's actually the best form of money ever created, because it's for the people and not controlled by greedy bankers. The pastor agreed that Christ himself would have approved and they invested a small fortune. But he's getting worried now, because the price keeps going down. What should we do?

You mean, Jesus saves… and gambled all His savings on bitcoin?

Cheesy Romans 12:12 ESV - Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.

Anyone investing in should be ready to stick on the long run, at least a good 5 years if not more.

Aside of the BTC price, all I see on the news headlines is Bitcoin getting more support worldwide, so I firmly believe we're doing the right thing here.

Wait till your enthusiasm will fade away, newbie. You will wake up with the biggest dildo known to man inserted right in your asshole. Bitcoin is cruel.

Buy low, sell high. Wash, rinse, repeat.

Has anybody noticed that even at 200 nobody wants to buy Bitcoin.

And yet i see all these idiots here dreaming about how we will go up soon.
How far in the sand can your head be.

January 15th:

"It feels so good having bought all these cheap coins at 170. Please let me know if they were yours so i can personally thank you."

"So which one of you tools sold at the bottom?"

"Well, that was the bottom. I picked up a shitload of super cheap coins. Thanks to you idiots selling at the very bottom.
Thanks for playing. "

I support this post.

I think it will.  Things are picking up ever since mid-September. This is great.
