Anybody have the feeling bitcoin is like a coiled spring at the moment? I feel like we’re just waiting for a something to ignite a significant upwards movement to comfortably into the $4,000’s.
It’s eerily quiet at the moment - A little too quiet.
It is early to talk about spring weather considering the market conditions. Better to wait for strict movement in the market.

I don't have much idea, more and more hope of increasing the price of Bitcoin. However, I think that when the Bitcoin price crosses this dynamic line, it will start moving towards $4200. Besides, I think we are already fixed above the 0.6 Fibonacci mark and should go to 0.7.
Any idea about timing? I also wait for a pullback but no idea about the time.

Looks good. Is this analysis done with Elliot wave theory? AFAIK the first and third legs should be equal. Maybe 6800 will complete the next lege of the price movement.

No, but a pullback to 6200 would be very likely in the medium term, in order to test support. That gives a 15% edge from here, to increase a traders stash.
Of course could go higher than $7300, but the low 6k's will need a test of some kind, sometime. A quick look at the chart shows how much work was done with 6k as a base.
This run is in a very short timeframe.
Thanks for the clear explanation. So in the short term, we will go back to the $6300 again?

Like Hairy said, don't short bull markets.
It can work pretty well with proper risk management.
Just visualize:
The range we traded in the last 4 weeks was between 9100 and 7400.
Range trading can be visualized with the help of boundaries(Bollinger band indicator).
Short top, buy the dip.
Never try to catch the max and min, just swim with the flow(price action).

long/short ratio isn't enough to know what's going on at finex (cue the trolls), you need to know where they are bought in, the frr rate, lending amts, other big alts details
similarly you can't just trade there without knowing what's happening over at mex (cue the trolls)

I believe this facebook coin will fail. Only boomers uses facebook these days and they dont have a clue how cryptocurrencies work. They will treat it as some generic digital coin, like those you use inside MMOs for example. It will be restricted to facebook, which is a dying platform, practically an icon of nocoinery and technological backwardness.
Just a reminder that Facebook means also Instagram +Messenger+ WhatsApp, this widens user base quite a lot, not only Dads on the internet then.
In fact whatsApp is the killer app here for adding crypto transfers. The other ones I see more suitable for donations or something.
As soon (if) they open up the feature I see tens of millions of people using it even if just for giggles. If it will stick to a more voluminous usage it is something hard to predict.
I also expect facebook or *SOME SPONSORS* to carry out a little airdrop to get things started or order this product/fill this questionaire and receive x facecoins.
Yeah, Airdrops will attract other social users just for fun. I can see thousands of people just want to test the new "global coin"

Bears will give up when the price gonna increase for months but unlikely this scenario will happen in the next months of the last quarter. The market circumtances are not going to let the bulls win the curent battle. There is no need to overcomplicate the definitions, bears just took a vacation and they will come back stronger in my opinon. The market conditions will improve over time but these bull-bear fights will continue till the end of the market.

We are sitting near the top resistance line of the flag. It has been awhile since we visited the support line of the flag around $9300. At the current price we will break outwards and upwards from the flag before the end of September. It is quite bullish to go sideways from here.
A) Descending triangle
B) I expect a fake breakout soon

P.S: Everyone will see a reaction of the France news on the BTC charts in a week. The technical analysis suggests the crypto traders waiting for the pullback before buying the expensive prices. I also want to see the recent effect of the Bitcoin traders after the news. Hope market will price the efforts of the bulls but the bears will not let the $10000 level go away after all these bloody resistance/support confrontations.

Correlation explains the relation between altcoins and Bitcoin. No need to pretend like, the owner of this Twitter account has heard about the correlation first time. Shitcoins will never act with the top cryptocurrencies and they have the special market cycles from my experience. The good example for the correlation is the altcoins and Ethereum if the price of the ETH moves to the higher prices altcoins will follow the path of the mother coin logically. For measuring the correaltion we don't have the right tools in the charts and the other financial market traders have a big advantage than crypto traders in these cases from my both crypto and stock market experience.

If the falling wedge pattern stays here for the next week, the breakout can bring a new momentum in the crypto markets. Wedge trading is my favorite type of trading but the volatility of the Bitcoin price makes me emotional. The bad sides of the emotional trades will take a huge percentage of my crypto balance but the only way to trade the daily charts is to consider these disadvantages. The more disadvantages happen in the crypto industry, the more problems will po up in my opinion.Just my 2 Satoshis.
