Just a thought, I feel the urge to share about the "winning a fight": Winning an argument and the ability to beat someone six feet below the ground by the simple power of words does not neccessarily provide the proof that you are right. That's completely NOT related to your current discussion, it's just a thing that quite a bunch of people should keep in mind before eating others alive on the forum

From when you bought. Your gains are becoming taxable the instant you sell the coins (even if you leave the fiat on the exchange).
I'm working in a tax office in Germany, so I'm not talking complete bullshit ^^

Thanks! Might be difficult to prove the real origin as many of my Bitcoins have been traded (loaned/invested etc) within the Bitcoin community many times. Maybe just showing that the transactions the filled my addresses are >1 year ago is sufficient though?
I don't think that will be sufficient. There's no way to tell right now. If you have bitcoin gains in your tax return, this tax return is going to be a preliminary one anyway, because no one is sure how to handle it exactly. That will be the case for at least a few years.

Well, you already know the answer. But this answer doesn't matter. That kind of thing can happen to the best of us and it's happening every day. Most of the people are mentally ill, but they will never know it. If you go to a hospital to cure yourself, that's a brave step and actually does mean that you are mentally more healthy than most others because you do something against your problems.
And anyway, these kinds of discussions are so pointless... They don't have to be public.

I think a slow methodical rise is healthier than a bunch of panic short covering and margin buying into oblivion. We are going up pretty damn fast as it is.
This is what I am looking at
It is taking massive momentum, exhausting RSI to make lower highs. We are above January level momentum at half the price and those divergences there should be warning to the bulls. Daily RSI is overbought levels and we have not even tested the previous high at 548! The triangle broke but is the downtrend over? This momentum tells me the buying pressure is not there, and if it does not show itself sooner than later the downtrend will push us down

I believe as much as anybody we are not out of the bear market, but you can't expect us to go up at this rate (super quick) after 6 months of bear market and not have the RSI go off the charts. Its just part of a reversal (even if this is a short lived one). We can simply retest 500 here and the RSI would drop down again and we could fire off to 530+.
Not sure what you are expecting for a "real" reversal, but the RSI can't stay low under these conditions. To compare it to the January momentum is not fair or accurate, imo.

Furthermore, the last hight took 6 candles to establish, now we are only at candle #3. Eating through that massive buy wall at 510 took some fuel, but still this is far from over.

Bitcoin.de is a marketplace and not a proper exchange, that's why you can choose to buy bitcoins from the person you like. Still not sure why some people are so stupid to buy at double price. Maybe they typed in the wrong numbers and then just clicked away the warning signs.

na, its definitely a glitch. You can see there is 300btc of depth to 476€. The entire order was < 200btc. No way it got to 881€
