I still think this rally is about market makers getting sure nobody else gets 44k cheap coins at the martial auction, that could threaten their positions.
I expect this to continue for at least 10 more days, with peak around 3-4th of November.
We don't know if the buyers are going to hold or dump. The only thing we do know is that the damn government gets the cash and I hope that amount is as low as possible.
Hahahaha! True! Its a shame they get BTC money. So shameless! Like selling cocaine...

I used to love bitcoin and now i hate it. Its slow, transaction fees are over the roof and it seems there cant be any consensus of future development... Centralised Chinese based mining...Still hold it, but i am disappointed with BTC... very disappointed...

I didn't sell yet, my friend sold his 100BTC today though - he bought them when they were worth 1USD - he's pretty happy with his investment

So its like people dont care of what it is just, how fast it can grow so they could sell it...

Would you sell it all immediately or would you sell it over the course of a month? How would you sell this 150 million?
Because i am afraid, this ICO s**** will cause ETH sell of (I dont have any ETH) and would subsequently lead to sell off of BTC dragging price down below the current interest of the fresh blood...

That is nonsense. Why would any bitcoin hodler sell their bitcoins if ETHf goes down?
So the last ICO got 150millions of fund in ETH. How does this ICO work? I fought people give ETH for some token, and the start up owner has ETH. So if you have 150 million of $ in ETH, why would you not sell it immediately?

Well, poloniex ETH/BTC is the main market. So i assume most of this ICO ETH would go through bitcoin part... So i got scared...

Good morning Bitcoinland.
Missed yesterday's $200 dip and $150 recovery but it's still bouncing up and down like a yoyo... currently $2323USD (Bitcoinaverage).
It's not quite a deep enough dip for me to reallocate funds to buy into it but it's still an opportunity for anyone who missed the last big dip.

I figure that since most altcoins are bought with Bitcoin, noob suckers buying into the alt bubble drove the price of bitcoins up, buying them with their fiat.
It also figures that when the altcoin bubble burst, it would bring the price of Bitcoin down, as they sold for bitcoins which they then sold for fiat.
This would go a long way to explaining why on the way up, both rose quickly in price with alts rising faster, and on the way down down, both fell rapidly with alts falling faster and deeper.
Thats what I was saying about people cashing ETH out, since polo was the biggest ETH market for long time.

This year will be strange paying taxes, on 11.2k / BTC (in NL you have to pay 1.2% on the value of your crypto on the first of january of the fiscal year). But not hard to do, I love my country so I have no problem paying some taxes.
Is that a 1.2% wealth tax? Do you have to pay that on all assets every year? Yikes!
LOL, who would do that? Who would declare their crypto holdings and pay taxes. Does NL government know how to evaluate the crypto holdings? Is there a guidline how to determnine the market price, which exchange to use? How about determining price of the illiquit coins? So you have a ton of shitcoin, worth at 1 dollar per shitcoi, but if you ought to sell it, the price would collapse to 1 cent. How do you pricve thats into account? Do you also have to take snapshots of online items such as game items that could be sold for money? Do you have to pay 1.2% tax on money you have? If you earned 1 million and paid all income tax and on top of that, at the end of the year have to pay 1.2% ? This is ridiculous. Statement - i love my country, so i pay taxes is ridiculous. Like - i love my country too, but i love myself more, therefore i am not happy of paying wealth tax.

It will all be worth it in the not too distant future. I’ve been HODLING since 2015, there has been lots of times I want to sell it all & stop wasting my life checking the price. I really think we’ll see over $50,000 per bitcoin after the next halving though. I’m probably going to sell a large portion then & buy a big house & retire.
I took a nexo loan so could enjoy my life a bit now, and wont need to sell BTC and go back to work, but damn, this bear market is getting on my nerves!

call me crazy but I believe over next 72 hours we will test 3200 or come close again to it. then from there we will have an epic rise again. ETH hardfork could be the catalyst to change things over next 3 days.
