Yes, there is no manipulation of the market. The nature of the crypto markets is this. You got enough cash, then you can do with the market whatever you have skills for.
Otherwise who would put a 94 BTC buy order at 329.23 and top it up with a 100 BTC sell order at 331.9. It's just the way this market works.

Sooner or later there will be a bottom or at least a stable level. The coins are not endless in numbers so at a certain point all sellers would sell their coins or the price will hit the "I'm back in at" level. We just have to wait and see.

And here is a conspiracy theory for all who believe in such things... All moves for the last couple of years were manipulated and now is the time for the ultra mega whale to cash out. They bought at $5 (when I was selling my first BTC) all the way up to $1200, but as the play the average $ price game, they can sell all the way to $5 and still be happy. Yeah right Smiley

On the other side of things.. Why would whales (traders) leave BTC market? There is a huge amount of money to be made in BTC so why leave.

3. Post 9079811 (copy this link) (by aclass) (scraped on 2020-04-04_Sat_13.19h):

Wrong. There is really lots and lots of money to be made in crypto. One will only fail if one is not big enough to play or skilled enough to win.

They aren't leaving, just selling now to buy more later. Most people want to have as much BTC as possible and the way to do it is to buy as cheap sa possible.
Most of the people who sold below $400 will eventually buy back.

Wrong. Most people want to have as much fiat as possible. They see bitcoin only as a tool to produce fiat, if it fail to do so, they'll simply leave it and forget it.

If someone ever witnessed the situation of the BTC-E alts(LTC/NMC/PPC) last year before the runup. This is a 1:1 copy of it.
Ask seleme. I still remember that 5000BTC LTC wall @ 2$ , one week later it shoot up to 45. Push it down as hard as you can, shake everyone out, buy as much as possbile, remove asks (buy a bit into your own after accumulation to enleash bullish sentiment; Lots of USD on the orderbook, most coins are gone.  --> Rocket
I would be highls impressed it this isnīt what we are seeing here. Also someone with 30k coins would probably prefer to sell OTC .
Iīm not saying a hard bull-run is coming in, but this here (guy@300) happens definitely to create panic and push the price down to buy below it.
It could even go on for 1-2 weeks, and the price might fall to 200$, but this is not about someone leaving the game.

not just that, it delivered confidence to hodlers, but as a side note I think were watching a battle for a green 1d candle, lots of people are enjoying buying sub 320, and then some people buy up to the walls near 323. I would expect a continuation of dumping if we fail to buy up and secure 330ish

this battle started pre 30k wall, as btc-e bitfinex and huobi wer already near the 330 marks, however for all those fucks who over the summer claiming it was so boring..you better be awake and have popcorn in hand, I spent the entire weekend as such enjoying the roller coaster, learning how much I believe in bitcoin and not only its fiat price.

You are missing a few points.
How are you sure that they got only 1 cold wallet? The 30k might have been sent from the deposit address to another one or to multiple or even at multiple transactions going to multiple cold wallets etc.
Even after gox people have to trade. If you want to trade big, you need lots of coins and fiat IN the exchange to do that.

Quote from: mmitech on October 08, 2014, 09:45:22 PM

this is Bitstamp cold storage address, which now reveal something interesting, these last transactions were made to refill the hot wallet so people who bought that 30K wall can withdraw their coins, but this is not the interesting thing, however there were only 148KBTC in that wallet a couple of weeks back, so this means the owner of the wall already had his coins at stamp all the time and he didn't send them there like some guys suggested here.

what is interesting, or rather annoying is that even after Gox people still leave their coins at exchanges...

I have to ask again. Before the 30k sell off every page was about the whale dumper and his daily dumps. After that day everyone stopped talking about him but as far as i can see absolutely nothing changed. The same dumps every day since that 30k day.
Why is it being ignored? It's exactly what took us down for months. How is it not important anymore?

No i have no proof it's the same person/persons dumping but it sure looks like it.

Oh and of course the good old ask walls right after the dumps to push us down more vsaw this several times the last few days. Exactly the same behaviour as the last 2 months.
