Good place as you say for
1) very experienced people in lots of fields
2) Good ideas are shared
3) and they can be well critiqued too
One day we may all get rich together if we keep sharing and exchanging ideas and suggestions.
I think the calibre is often good. Some obv exceptions but that's also something to learn.
Totally agree with you! We will definitely get rich, because we know more than others.
A BTC is in our hearts.I think we make the world better by spreading the
BTC and discussing new technologies.

Why doesn't anyone seem know that the B is supposed to have a 13.8888888888888... degree tilt to it?! I mean if you're going to promote something you should know something about it shouldn't you? That sticker is tilting in the wrong direction and could possibly represent beecash. This sort of thing saddens me.
I do not think that people who do not know what bitcoin will remember the angle of its slope. But they will remember the symbol for sure.

Is this the calm after the storm now? I wouldn’t mind a period of 3-4 months in this range. Low volatility is good for bitcoin. Average Joe doesn’t want to buy when the price is up & down like a yoyo.
I’d be cool with low volatility until June/July or something before the next leg up to $ 6,000 or something.
Anybody agree?
I like this scenario of development.
I'm always afraid I won't have time to buy as many Bitcoins as I can while the price is so low. I am in favor of a smooth rise in the price of Bitcoin, which is useful not only for me, but also for Bitcoin himself.
Smooth growth = a strong foundation.

I think we all want more bitcoin’s mate. If you have 1 or 10,000 you could always have more & will at certain intervals wish you’d bought more when prices were low(er).
Best thing to do is just buy whenever you can because when we see 6 figures per bitcoin every 0.01
BTC will have been a great investment

I always buy Bitcoin for part of my salary. But I have to say, it's much nicer to do it when I get ~0.7 BTC for that amount, not ~0.25.

I'm starting to like the guy. Even if one could make an argument that he's trying to get attention.
Did CSW pull some new stunt recently though or what's the deal here?
CFSW sued a crypto-enthusiast under the name Hodlonaut. He accuses him of libel and spreading false information.

He's not even being sued yet, too soon, just gives publicity to that damn PR stunt. Now CSW can claim that due to feedback from cryptoverse and to be a nice guy he won't follow through with the suit. Kinda jumping through his hoops, he ends up getting publicity he craves without his idiotic lawsuit ever seeing the light of day. Maybe he isn't that dumb after all
Am i the only one who actually wants to see him try to prove that he's Satoshi in court?

CSW is probably more afraid of trial with Hodlonaut than a vampire is afraid of daylight. In the end, losing this case will expose CSW forever.

I looked at the last 4-5 years on btc vs SP500 and it looks like they are getting more in-tune, plus btc swings vs SP500 are abating.
All data from Dec 31 prior year to Dec 31 next year:
2015-2016 SP500 +9.5%
2016-2017 SP500 +19.4%
2017-2018 SP500 -6.2%
2018-today SP500 +29%
vs
2015-2016 BTC +123.6%
2016-2017 BTC +1368.5%
2017-2018 BTC -73.6%
2018-today BTC +96%
It looks to me that we simply amplify (in the last 4-5 years) the SP500 move.
Judging by the prior statistics, after at least 20% move (yearly) in SP500, there is at least one more consequently positive SP500 year.
Prediction: we would roughly triple or quadruple SP500 gain in 2020.
7-10% gain in SP500 would result in about 30% gain in BTC, therefore the target for BTC next year (12/31/2020) is about 10K+/-1K (9k-11K range).
I looked at the percentage of bitcoin price growth for the last 5 years and realized that I love him not for the rapid growth of his price, but for what he is...

Although the price is certainly a nice bonus, too.
Owning a deflationary asset is still a pleasant bonus.

Don't get mad at Luc.
He doesn't say it is going go to $6k without any conditions.
He says it will happen if it stays under $11k which is a pretty valid guess imo. I'll buy more tomorrow to help to invalidate this TA. If you want the same thing, you should too.
This thing won't go to $100k by itself, somebody has to buy it from $10k and $20k... $60k... and all the way up to $100k. Believe it or not, Some will even buy it at $100k.
This time
BTC is going to $350-$450k so LOTS of peeps are going to jump in at $100k and further up.

Bruh, I think 350-450k might be a bit ambitious for this cycle. That kind of price will come in 2025 or something a year after the 2024 halving.
Just my opinion but obviously would love you to be right.
Maybe, but I have penciled in $70K-357K range ($350 is at the border, obviously) based on prior stats.
The median of $70-357K is about $213K, which is my best case scenario for the moment.
S2F predicted 6K level for the last cycle, we went about 3-3.5 times that in 2017.
If $100K is the average for the next cycle, then 300-350K is a similar size spike (followed by a 'plunge' to about $50-60k at the local bottom).
I really like your analytics, man! I hope you're a prophet and you will be.

first, much congratulations to you because of your anniversary.
second, this forum serves partly also as an information board for security issues related to Bitcoin and user want to stay anonymous here because of their OPSEC. so don't expect so many users are giving information about them to you for free. sorry bro!
third, if this is an attack to OPSEC of users then go f**k yourselve.
fourth, if you are just want to be kind or polite forget about the third point.
EDIT: sorry bro, I don't speak Russian but I assume you do understand English.

Thank you for your congratulations!
I knew there would be such reactions, so I asked you to help me. Let's figure out a scheme to send you a chocolate bar so that I don't know your addresses or personal details. Maybe I will send someone we all trust and he will send the others? Or should we do it through intermediary firms?
It's certainly not an attack, but I'm afraid to compromise your identity, which is why I'm asking for your advice.
If you don't mind, let's consider that there was no 3rd point.

hm, never have attended to this sort of business. in the early times if ppl bought mining equipment and stuff they communicated via PGP encrypted PM's and have had revealed some sort of receiving addresses to other ppl.
EDIT: try to send theymos some of your chocolate and see how he will react. he have never attended to some sort of meeting or anything else of the early Bitcoin community activities as I know so far.

I don't know how ridiculous this may seem to you, but I once met information that theymos was named Michael. And I think I even saw his parents' address. I'm not sure if that's 100% accurate information, but it was very similar...
