Fucking this. Why would you need to sell your BTC if you were invested in a stock in btc. Doesn't make any sense. Most of the BTC will just go back in their owners wallets waiting for the next investment opportunity.

I agree with you that this bull trap is probably sponsored by MtGox's incompetence. However, I see a slim chance that MtGox will fix everything and send everybody their money before the move I'm looking for occurs. The actual problem here is that people still believe MtGox's price is real, and not just a devaluation of the mtgoxUSD. So when mtgoxUSD gets further devalued, people think it's a rally and buy on Bitstamp. That's just the environment we have to deal with.
And indeed it's true that only few Bitcoins that have left the visible order book on MtGox have hit Bitstamp so far.
I have an idea. Why don't you just stfu and stop acting like you know it all. Because maybe, just maybe you may have noticed you don't know shit and are currently the biggest joker of this massive thread.

In the process of doing so, within 4 weeks. Lots of posts about this. Bitpay is silent on the matter. But im sure eventually it will come out they were acting as an exchange without registering.
READ THE FUCKING FINCEN GUIDENCE DOC! You cannot avoid being an "exchange" simply by calling yourself a payment processor. lololol
