Are there actually any credible reports of people successfully withdrawing large amounts of USD from MtGox yet? Or is this still an issue?

I'm trading with both Binace and Bittrex but sometime price seem very crazy with both of them with 1k$ difference.
Sometime Bittrex more expensive some time Binance.
And yes, this happen only come when market with overbought.
I though BTC/UST will sideway till future stock official open trading with BTC
