looks like it's going to break the previous lows of 850ish... at 880 right now and no one is buying, doubt $30 makes a big difference...

It will happen, I am convinced of that. I doubt it will be now since there is more selling then buying going on at the moment. Very low resistante till 850's

I feel we still have some downwards movement left to go so panic selling may be in order. This currently feels like another bulltrap. We will see.
but dat push for 700 doe.. we'll see how long we can sustain this bounce.
I can't tell about other exchanges, but what I see on bitstamp is that the trading volume is very low and the price is very easily manipulated at the moment. A lot of 0.x
BTC trades, which makes me guess bots are trading with each other at the moment

Imagine the money the exchanges are making now.. a minimum of 0.4% (0.2% for the buyer and 0.2% for the seller) of that volume on bitstamp. Damn..

Not sure. If you look at the bitstamp orderbook it takes just 28 BTC to make the price drop 30 $

Could someone please comment on where they feel the exchange handles shorting well-- I'm asking whether Cavitrex (sp?) and vitrex (sp?) are the best/only game in town to participate in the 'other' successful trade (shorting)?

CNY is slipping at the moment. Just went under 4900
