The polls here are completely useless (like most discussions, see: +1, +2, +3, ...).
I would like to see serious polls with answers that make sense.

Monocoinism: "There is no coin but Bitcoin and Satoshi is the messenger of God."

Haha! Awesome! And brainwash your children to stone to death everyone who worships Doge and other false doGs.

The photo about rptiella is obviously overexposed...

Funnily enough (after seeing the photo re-quoted to exhaustion) I noticed exactly the same thing from the color of the wine. Unless the camera has an exceptionally crappy dynamic range but a professional photographer wouldn't have the shittiest dynamic range camera.

Do you guys seriously believe there is significant commerce in Bitcoin besides drugs and gambling?

I would say the Bitcoin users are quite heterogeneous.

Anecdote time: I use Bitcoin more and more and never gambled nor bought drugs (not that I oppose people doing any of those things).

A lot of people are willing to support Bitcoin simply for ethical motives. We want sound money and are angry at the bloody Fiat fraud. The fact that it's also so powerful at being a means of exchange makes that adoption take off. This is from the simple user/traditional merchant perspective. Bitcoin serves a lot of purposes.
