I would say HODL your horses. BTC may be stabilizing around the 4k grand range, nevertheless this does not imply it is immuned for taking a deeper dive out of the blue. . Best thing to do is HODL and accumulate more until there is clear sign that stagnation is over.

Something has bugging me for a while. Christmas holidays are around the corner, do you think that this will cause further decline in Bitcoin's price, as people will be needing additional funds to spend for gifts, vacations and family, let's not forget taxes and capital gains (if any). Do not ignore the altcoin market and its significance in catapulting the price of BTC back in 2017 and soon in 2019-2020. The current capitulation has sent some of the legit alternative blockchain projects to insanely low marketcaps (talking about the sub $15M), so low that people might get FOMO on them once again, generate enough 10-50x returns to create a snowball effect, and contribute to the catalyst of the next crypto bull run in the process.
The altcoin market is here to stay and the hundreds of legit projects of today and tomorrow will continue to create demand and drive the price of BTC up. For the ignorant BTC maximalists: do not underestimate the 47% altcoin market share and the hundreds of thousands of lines of codes that are being written every day to improve the ecosystem.
Altcoins are dying off silently. They have crashed the market with the thousands of ethers collected in first place. There'll be a purge for sure. The next hype cycle might be few years from now.

You guys are scaring the shit out of me with those $1K calls. If that happens, I will seriously consider breaking my own rules and take money from my (completely separated) other investments to buy much more. I hope not be put into that situation. I hate breaking my rules. They are for a reason.
Don't worry, BTC is not going so low. My prediction is that December will be a real struggle, afterwards, the price will begin to recover, whales would probably use mass media to pump the price by consecutive good news.

Tenkan Sen - moving average of the highest high and lowest low over the last 9 trading days. (Highest high + Lowest low) / 2 over the last 9 trading days
Kijun Sen - moving average of the highest high and lowest low over the last 26 trading days. (Highest high + Lowest low) / 2 over the last 26 trading days.

Looking at the weekly cloud with different settings. These setting were developed for legacy trading markets and dont fully take into account the 24/7 nature of crypto and bitcoin. Changing these settings can produce radically different looking charts but the information is the same. It is just a matter of learning what is going on in the chart and using it to your advantage.
We still sit below the tenkan sen and kijun sen and continue to be drawn towards them. This coincides with us being below the TK, as now the trend is to follow the span B which is the upper part of the cloud now. We are sitting below that 2.618 fib and it looks like it might rise over the next few weeks. The median at the 0.618 fib might be within reach if the market decides to continue to rebound.

The cloud is showing a twist or change over in the end of April it looks like. As shown on the the two previous charts a twist can indicate extreme volatility. Also of interest is the spike in mid Summer followed by a long cold Fall. Then came Winter.

Regarding cheap prices:
Cheap prices are very good for distribution and distribution is very good for the next bull run.
Just have in perspective that this cheap prices right now is still 3x from the 2013 ath or over 23x from the 2015 low.
I'm not going to agree with you on this one. Usually the panic buyers and the fomoers who picked up btc at the peak of the hype cycle are capitulating now, while more experienced investors and of course, whales are taking their bitcoin dirty cheap and increase their power.
